exhibition: Tank TV is my favourite moving image screening site. Claire Hope's work is amongst the wealth of works archived on this site. Like some other women artists she combines performance with film.
features: the net as a space to view film online is a burgeoning context, which to some extent overcomes the problem of distribution and screening venues. Adam Chodzko has done some amazing work with film, but unfortunately these works, like 'Plan for a Spell' (2001)are only accessible within the gallery context.
